3. The installation shall be performed according to the operating standards of the belt sander. After loading on the machine, it should start empty operation under low tension pressure, and gradually increase to working tension after smooth operation of the belt.
4. The linear speed of the belt should be controlled within the range of 15-35m/s. Please do not overspeed.
5. The allowable range of broken belt is 2%.
