Due to the large amount of waste gas (mainly ammonia gas and water vapor) released during the hardening process, if the waste gas cannot be discharged in time, it will be re-absorbed by the stoma in the cooling process, resulting in smelly or soft grinding wheel.
3. The time of hardening curve is short. This mainly refers to that under certain conditions, the low-temperature drying time of the hardening curve is short, and the heating rate in the heating stage is too fast.
4. Low hardening stability. It means that due to the double influence of the environment and raw materials, the hardening temperature should be provided in time when the seasons change or the temperature and humidity change obviously. Hardening stability is high, refers to the hardening curve has been adjusted, but when the hardening is slow, dry weather and did not timely reduce the hardening temperature, easy to cause cutting disc film .
